Technical Information
* The candidate should have 7 - 10 years of experience
* Experience with Exchange 2003 preferred
* Windows 2003 Server administration experience required
* Experience to support/troubleshoot advance email functions like BlackBerry, Trend and RightFax
* Experience performing disaster recovery procedures on Windows and Exchange Servers
* Experience performing backups, restores, and maintenance on all Windows and Exchange servers
* Responsibility for overseeing day-to-day e-mail administration functions including Windows 2003 administration, Exchange 2003 administration, user support and analysis of technology requests
* Competent TCP/IP including DNS, WINS, SMTP, SNMP, FTP & HTTP highly desired
* Experience in creating technical and user documentation
* Experience in working on 24x7 environment is preferred
* In depth experience with HP hardware
Additional Information
* 24 x 7 pager availability required with primary on-call status 1 week/weekend per month
* General systems maintenance performed on weekends and performed by on-call person
