Job Description The Company is a unique technology firm focused on providing world class high-availability infrastructure running enterprise and music/entertainment applications. Essential Functions We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Infrastructure professional with a passion for, and in-depth experience in, designing, building, deploying and supporting world-class enterprise-level Microsoft solutions. The candidate will have overall responsibility for design, architecture, availability, reliability, performance, monitoring and security of Windows 2003 client/server infrastructures. Candidate should be able to architect the infrastructure such that it enables efficient and secure distribution of information throughout the organization by implementing best practices in account provisioning, identity synchronization, single sign-on and password management. Educational Background: •BS/MS in Computer Science or Engineering •Microsoft MCSE 2000 or 2003 (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer) Professional Experience: •7-10 years experience in system administration of mission-critical 24/7 redundant Microsoft systems including more than 3 years as Architect Team Lead with 3-5 years experience in the following: •Multi-domain Active Directory security architectures •Clustered Exchange 2000/2003 architecture, design/migration and troubleshooting •High-availability architecture design (clusters, SAN, failover systems, disaster recovery sites, data replication) •IIS/.NET web application architectures •SQL Server 2000 •Microsoft security (Patch Management) •EMC Clariion •Symantec anti-virus enterprise and Exchange protection systems •SNMP/MOM monitoring of systems, applications and services Implementation and application integration experience with other technologies and solutions such as Microsoft CRM, Solomon, Citrix, VMWare, Investment Applications, Digital Rights Management and Workflow will be a definite plus.
